Kurzsax with bone grasp. Beautiful reconstruction of a typical, earlymedieval Kurzsaxmessers, they were popular with different Germanic tribes (not only the Saxen). This Saxe was not only used as a weapon, but also and/or even predominantly as practical day to day impliment. The Quilon consists of two steel washers, which are fixed by means of two rivets.
